Collins Quarter presents an evening with Yarra Yering.

We’ve procured some of the best, and most exclusive wines available from this award-winning vineyard, and will be showcasing them to you on Saturday October 6th, assisted by Yarra Yering head wine maker herself- Sarah Crowe.

You’ll enjoy wines no longer available to the public, respectively paired with dishes curated by Collins Quarter Head Chef Luke Headon.

You can get a taste of the deliciously slow roasted items on our lunch and dinner menus

Try a Whole Roasted Chicken, served with Garlic Roasted Potatoes, and Autumn Leaves, the perfect sharing dish for two.

Vegetarian, or after something lighter? Try the Honey Glazed, Rotisserie Roasted Celeriac on our plant based menu.

You can also see the benefits throughout the bars on Thursday's and Friday's after 3pm, with customised rotisserie meat rolls available until sold.
